Gethin Mtb Guides At Brechfa

Just a line to say thanks for organising the day in Brechfa forest at such short notice.

Henry, your guide, had arrived before us and had the bikes set up and waiting. A friendly greeting, then discussion of the proposed programme of trails – including discussion of my boys’ riding experience (and fitness) to ensure that difficulty matched capabilities.

Met up as agreed after five and a half hours of riding a good mix of trails. Two tired, muddy, but happy sons returned safely after a great time in the Brechfa forest.

“The trails that Henry took us on presented a challenging but very enjoyable mixture of tracks through the forest, which suited both my brother, experienced in mountain biking, and me, who has done very little in the past. The climb, though tiring, was rewarding, and we were taken at a comfortable pace by our guide, who was friendly and knowledgeable of the area we were cycling in. A brilliant day of adrenaline-filled action”

BTW, the courtesy phone call to check on the day’s success was a great piece of customer service!

I hope to get Robert over to you at Merthyr later this month for some tuition in order to hone his 4X skills.
